Every signed-in win on the daily puzzle counts toward two rankings: today’s board, ranked by fewest guesses to solve, and the weekly tournament, ranked by total wins across the week (ties broken by fewest total guesses). Both reset automatically — daily at midnight UTC, weekly every Monday.

Leaderboard FAQ
- Do guest wins count toward the leaderboard?
- No — guest wins are only saved locally in your own browser for personal stats. You need a free account for a win to appear on the public daily or weekly leaderboard.
- When does the daily leaderboard reset?
- At midnight UTC, alongside the daily puzzle itself. Everyone starts from zero entries each day.
- How are ties broken?
- On the daily board, ties are broken by whoever solved it earliest. On the weekly tournament, ranking is by total wins first, then by fewest total guesses across the week if wins are tied.
